公司沿革

1945 黃添印會長創立三光儀器行。
- 1965 改組成為三光儀器股份有限公司。
- 1971 高雄營業所設立。
- 1975 台中營業所設立公司內部組織由五個營業課別改為營業部別，分為科學儀器部、分析儀器部、精密儀器部、機械部、醫用儀器部。
- 1984 總公司遷移現址台北市忠孝東路一段112號6樓擴大營業。
- 1988 台南營業所設立。
- 1994 新竹營業所設立。
- 1995 三光儀器公司50週年慶祝大會。
- 1998 三光儀器公司機械部擴編為公司. 四月一日成立三朋儀器股份有限公司。
機械部全體職員及業務轉移三朋儀器股份有限公司擴大營業
- 2009 新竹營業所遷址竹北市。
- 2017 台中營業所遷址至台中市大里區。
